Right of withdrawal

The purpose of BDN ("the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within 10 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.bouledeneige.it. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller (TNT), or by another shipper, only after completing the Return Form that you find online in the Customer Service area to obtain the return number. However, it is not possible to change the chosen garment for another. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met: • The Return Form must be correctly completed and sent to BDN within 10 working days from the delivery date by e-mail to customerservice@bouledeneige.it. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by registered letter with return receipt to the Seller's address (BDN Srl) Corso Como n.8, 20154-Milan; or by telegram, fax to the number 02 63610093, to be confirmed, at your discretion, by registered mail within 48 hours; • the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; • the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal; • the products must be returned in their original packaging; • returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept garments from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
returned products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date you received the products. If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will reimburse you for the price of the products purchased, only the costs of the return being your responsibility, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller. If you decide to use the TNT courier, however, you will not have to pay the return costs yourself, in fact BDN will pay the courier on your behalf, withholding from the refund an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for the deliver the purchased products to your home. In the event that you decide to use a different forwarder, you will have to pay the return costs yourself. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products. Refund times and methods After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever the payment method used by you (credit / debit card), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which he became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions. Product identification tag All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which forms an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because the returned products that do not have one will not be accepted. Returns can be sent via the TNT courier indicated by the Seller, using the pre-printed adhesive label that you will find inside your package. This method will allow the Seller to pay for the shipment on your behalf and to check where your package is at any time. In case you decide to use, for the return of the products, a shipper different from the one indicated by the Seller, you will have to pay the costs of the return in person and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during the transport.
